How do I know the weight of my goods?
The weight of the goods that you are purchasing will be automatically calculated during the checkout process.
How much will I pay for freight?
The freight charge will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process. The freight is calculated based on the weight, destination and address type of your order. NB THIS IS NOT WORKING AT THE MOMENT
INDICATIVE PRICING for FREIGHT:
Up to 25KG or 0.054 cubic metre
Greater Auckland Area = $4.50 plus GST
Northland & Waikato = $7.25 plus GST
Central to Lower North Island = $7.85 plus GST
South Island (2 day delivery) = $4.95 plus GST
South Island (next day delivery) = $16.95 plus GST
How long until my order is delivered?
Deliveries are often made overnight, and if not, will be made within a maximum of 10 working days.
Important note!
All deliveries are sent with registered couriers who MUST obtain a signature at time of delivery - they are not permitted to leave goods without a signature and will return the goods back to our warehouse in the event that nobody is available to sign for the goods.

If the goods are for home use you might want to have the goods sent care of your work address as we cannot predict the exact time that the couriers will deliver to your home (deliveries can occur anywhere between 9:00am-5:00pm weekdays, depending on your postcode).
Why is it important to indicate Residential or Business Address?
Different couriers are used for residential and business addresses. Residential deliveries require a specific service to ensure they are delivered promptly and it is important that you indicate the correct address type in your shipping information.
